摘要
新生适应不良是大学生入学后常见的现象,来访者入学后因生活习惯、文化习俗等的差异而对学校产生强烈的排斥,影响人际关系的建立,进而想退学,诊断为一般心理问题。主要采用了绘画疗法和现实疗法,经过3次咨询,打消退学的念头,焦虑情绪基本消失,有稳定的人际关系。后经随访,咨询效果良好。
Neonatal maladjustment is a common phenomenon after college freshmen entering college, visitors after admission due to differences in lifestyle, culture and customs, while a strong rejection of the school, the impact of interpersonal relationships, and then want to drop out, the diagnosis of general psychological problems. Mainly painting therapy and reality therapy, after three consulting, dispel the idea of withdrawal, anxiety disappeared, stable relationships. After follow-up counseling to good effect.
