基于“实岗挂职”实践的校园文化建设工作机制——以广西财经学院以例

摘要 大学生社会实践是大学教育中不可或缺的重要组成部分,而大学生利用假期到地方挂职锻炼则是近年新发展起来的创新性实践模式。本文以广西财经学院为例,阐释了基于"实岗挂职"锻炼的校园文化建设工作机制和实践模式,旨在探讨实现校园文化建设、地方社会发展、学生能力提升"三赢"的有效途径。 Social practice of university education is an important integral part of, and college students take advantage of the holidays to local testing exercise is an innovative new practice models developed in recent years. In this paper, Guangxi Uni-versity of Finance and Economics, for example, based on an effective way to explain the"serve in realistic job"to exercise the working mechanism construction of campus culture and practice patterns, aims to explore the effective way of cultural construction of campus, local community development, to enhance students' ability"three win".
