本文针对高职教育机械类专业,结合目前高职机械类专业教育教学实施现状和高职机械创新人才的培养目标,从教学观念、培养目标、教学模式改革、先进技术引进和校企深度融合等方面探索机械创新人才培养的有效方法及途径。
