摘要
高校本科行政管理专业人才培养模式存的诸多问题。弹性式"4+2"人才培养模式以实践教育为基础,以研究教育和创业教育为发展方向,更加注重学生的人际交往能力、实践能力、科技创新能力和择业创业能力,针对现行人才培养模式的不足提供了新的出路,但其具体实施需要在观念上、课程设置上、教学方法和手段上、制度和评价体系上的一系列保障。
