关于加强我旗农村牧区基层党组织建设的思考

本文以科右前旗为例,分析了我旗农村牧区基层党组织建设中存在部分农村牧区党员干部文化素质偏低,党支部战斗堡垒作用发挥不够;嘎查村集体经济实力比较薄弱,影响基层党组织的凝聚力和战斗力;部分嘎查村"两委"关系仍不协调;农村牧区基层党组织带领群众共同致富能力差;党员队伍结构不合理等原因,并提出了几点建议。
