摘要
目的:对有网络成瘾倾向的高职学生进行团体训练,探讨干预的有效性,为学生思想政治教育和心理健康教育提供理论支持与实践导向。方法:采用《中文网络成瘾量表》(CIAS)和《青少年病理性互联网使用量表》(APIUS)对某高职院校300名学生进行筛检,经辅导员转介和个别访谈后取得最终被试30名,将其分为干预组和对照组,每组各15名。使用自编的训练方案对干预组实施团体心理训练6次,辅助训练6次,历时2个月。结果:(1)干预组在CIAS和APIUS上的后测得分上显著低于对照组;(2)干预组在其他心理状况各项指标上后测得分显著优于对照组;(3)干预组在CIAS和APIUS上的后测得分显著低于前测得分;(4)干预组在其他心理状况各项指标上的后测得分显著优于前测得分。结论:本文的团体训练能有效减弱高职学生的网络成瘾倾向,并能提升其心理健康水平,促进学生的健康成长与成才。
Objective:carry out group training on college students with internet addiction, to discuss the effectiveness of the intervention, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for students' ideological and political education and men-tal health education. Methods:"Chinese Internet Addiction Scale"(CIAS) and"Youth Pathological Internet Use Scale"(API-US) for a 300 students in vocational colleges screening and referral counselor after obtaining individual interviews final 30 subjects, divided into intervention and control groups, 15 in each group. Use self training program for the implementation of group psychological intervention group training 6 times 6 times assisted training, which lasted two months. Results:(1) on the post-test scores in the intervention group and the CIAS APIUS significantly lower than the control group;(2) the inter-vention group post-test scores on other indicators of psychological condition was significantly better than the control group;(3) in the intervention group APIUS of the CIAS and posttest scores were significantly lower than the pre-test scores;(4) in the intervention group on other indicators of psychological conditions posttest score was significantly better than the pre-test scores. Conclusion:This article group training vocational students can effectively weaken the tendency of Internet addiction, and to improve their mental health, and promote the health of students' growth and success.
