摘要 在本科生导师制背景下,基于军校本科生转型阶段和生长阶段的教带方法研究与实践成果,本文重点研究军校本科生学习过程中的第三个阶段——成熟阶段。通过本科生成熟阶段的特点分析,主要针对大三学员在成熟阶段遇到的人生方向抉择、考研压力大、"两级分化"现象、专业课知识应用等方面遇到困惑和问题,分别探索了相应的教带方法。经过一年的教带实践,提出的理性思考,找准学习方法,克服两级分化,加强专业引导等有效措施,有助于学员以积极的心态化解成熟阶段遇到的各种问题,实践的效果良好。 In the context of undergraduate tutorial system, based on the military transformation stage and growth stage undergraduate teaching methods and practice with the outcome, this paper focuses on the learning process of undergraduate Military third phase-the mature stage. By analyzing the characteristics of undergraduate mature stage, mainly for junior stu-dents direction in life encountered in the mature stage of choice, PubMed pressure, aspects of"polarization"phenomenon, specialized knowledge application confusion and problems encountered, respectively, corresponding to explore taught with methods. After a year of teaching with practice, rational thinking proposed, identify learning ways to overcome the polariza-tion, effective measures to strengthen professional guidance, helps students with a positive attitude to resolve the various problems encountered in the mature stage, the practice of good results.
