草铵膦是一种高效、广谱、低毒的非选择性除草剂,具有上下行传导且不伤及植物根部的优良性能,是目前转基因抗性作物的理想除草剂,应用前景十分广阔。Strecker法以亚磷酸三乙酯为原料,经过歧化反应、格式化反应、甲基化反应、加成反应、氰胺化反应、酸解反应、铵化反应以及纯化反应等八步反应得到最终95%的草铵膦原粉,反应收率可达到30%以上。本文简要叙述Strecker法合成草铵膦的主要工艺步骤和化工操作单元,并对整个合成工艺中的注意事项进行了分析说明,希望对今后探究草铵膦合成的新方法有所帮助。
