摘要
现代高校管理制度中,教师激励机制是主要的内容,它在我国教育制度和高校管理中始终发挥着积极的作用,但不可否认,其本身仍然存在提升的空间。本文将对我国高等学校的教师激励机制进行深入研究,在明确其实施意义的基础上,针对当前高校教师激励机制中存在的一些缺陷,提出有建设性的对策措施,以进一步完善激励机制,提高其在高校管理中的效力。
In modern university management systems, teacher incentives is the main content, it is in our educational sys-tem and university administration has always played a positive role, but it is undeniable, which itself remains room for im-provement. In this paper, our teacher colleges and universities will have incentives to conduct in-depth study, in a clear sense of its implementation on the basis of university teachers incentive for some defects exist in the current system, put forward constructive countermeasures in order to further improve the incentive mechanism to improve its effectiveness in university management.
