高等学校教师管理中的激励机制

现代高校管理制度中,教师激励机制是主要的内容,它在我国教育制度和高校管理中始终发挥着积极的作用,但不可否认,其本身仍然存在提升的空间。本文将对我国高等学校的教师激励机制进行深入研究,在明确其实施意义的基础上,针对当前高校教师激励机制中存在的一些缺陷,提出有建设性的对策措施,以进一步完善激励机制,提高其在高校管理中的效力。
