民办本科院校班级学生干部队伍建设——以三亚学院为例

结合民办本科院校目前的实际情况,需要一套完整的班级学生干部管理结构体系支撑班级各项工作的有效开展。笔者从分析学生特点、学生干部建设存在问题,进而提出班级学生干部的组织框架、职务分析以及班级学生干部的考核方式,分析与阐述了民办本科院校班级干部管理的相关经验和方法。
