教育的终极目标是培养有能力的人,在培养的过程中需要师生间的良好的互动关系,基于此我们大力提倡"互动式"教学,这种教学方式侧重于教者与受教者之间的沟通联系,通过受教者的信息反馈来及时改进教者的教学方式、方法,在师生的互相交流、沟通、探讨、研究、总结的过程中完成教学任务,在整个教学活动中教者与受教者在立场平等的基础上互相倾听对方的观点、见解,互相尊重的基础上通过说理或者是辩论的方式来实现知识的传授过程。
