College student volunteers are the most effective enforcer to carry out the volunteer activities. Under the influence of some aspects of factors, such as the declining social recognition, college students' weakened service consciousness and en-hanced utilitarian awareness, as well as the imperfect incentive mechanism, and so on, there is an important path to build our college student volunteers better, which is to improve the management system, perfect the incentive mechanism and innovate the pattern of volunteer activities.
