教学保障条件滞后是制约新装备形成实际教学能力的瓶颈问题,本文通过分析信息化条件下新装备教学保障条件的需求,针对当前院校新装备教学保障条件的现状,从信息化条件下新装备教学条件建设的建设原则、内容等方面提出了对策。
