随着经济的发展,失眠症已成为现代人的一种常见病和多发病,容易引起各种躯体和心理健康问题。对此国内多倾向于药物治疗方案,心理治疗使用较少。本文旨在探讨失眠症的综合治疗方案,从而从根本上促进人们睡眠质量的全面提高。
With the development of economic, insomnia has become a common and frequent disease. It is easy to cause a variety of physical and mental health problems. And drug treatment program is used more than psychotherapy treatment pro-gram for insomnia in domestic. This article is to explore the comprehensive treatment program for insomnia, so as to promote overall improvement of people's quality of sleep.
