人类SEPT9蛋白与疾病关系的研究进展

摘要 SEPT9作为具有鸟苷三磷酸激酶(GTPase)活性的septin蛋白家族成员之一,其参与胞内物质运输、分裂、调亡等多项细胞活动,并与多种疾病的发生密切相关。本文将试图从SEPT9基因在肿瘤发生发展以及神经系统性疾病等人类疾病中所扮演的角色及其作用机制方面对近年来的研究进展作一综述。 SEPT9 as one activity septin protein family members with guanosine triphosphate kinase (GTPase), their parti-cipation in the intracellular material transport, division, apoptosis and many other cellular activities, and is closely related to the occurrence of many diseases. This article will attempt to respect the role and mechanism of development of systemic di-seases and neurological disorders in humans plays SEPT9 gene from recent advances in cancer research to review.
