城市低收入群体的二代贫困与援助政策研究述评

Review on the Second Generation Poverty and Aid Policies of Urban Low-income Groups

本文对城市低收入群体的二代贫困与援助政策的相关研究进行了综述和评论。文章主要分为三个部分,其一是关于城市低收入群体二代贫困状况的相关研究,对城市低收入群体二代贫困的状况进行了概括;其二是关于城市低收入群体二代贫困原因解释的相关研究,对城市低收入群体二代贫困原因的代际传递理论和二代贫困原因的经验研究解释进行了分析;其三是关于城市低收入群体二代贫困的援助政策的相关研究,对于缓解城市低收入群体的二代贫困相关的教育、就业、保障、救助等的优惠政策进行了总结。

In this paper, the second generation of urban low-income groups of related research on poverty and aid policies was reviewed and comments. The article is divided into three parts, one of which is related to research on second-generation poverty in urban low-income groups, low-income groups of urban poor condition generation summarized;the other is the second generation of the causes of poverty on urban low-income groups interpretation of research on the occasion of the sec-ond generation of urban low-income groups of the intergenerational transmission of poverty reason empirical theory to ex-plain the causes of poverty and II were analyzed;the third is related to research on urban low-income groups of the second generation poverty aid policy, to alleviate poverty in urban low-income groups of the second generation of education, em-ployment, security, assistance and other incentives related summarized.
