大学自习室“目视管理”新模式的提出与思考——以湖北工业大学为例

Theory and Reflection of New Management Model of University Study Room "Visual Management"——Taking Hubei University of Technology as an example

针对当前广泛存在的大学生自习室供不应求问题,本文通过分析湖北工业大学的典型情况,提出了自习室"目视管理"自习室管理新模式,力求在较大程度上解决大学自习室供不应求的问题,减缓图书馆自习室人口过剩的现状,为我国大部分高校的自习室管理提供参考。

Aiming at the existing problems of College Students' study room in short supply, through typical case analysis of Hubei University of Technology, proposes a new model of room management room 'visual management', and strive to solve the problem of shortage of university study room in a large extent, slowing down the status of overpopulation self-study room of the library study room management, provides the reference for the most colleges and universities in china.
