大学生教育管理中的法制教育困境研究

大学生的法制教育关系到青年学生法律思维和道德品质的养成;关系到社会未来建设者和接班人的人生观和价值观的形成;关系到社会整体法制建设和和谐发展,历来受到党和国家的重视。当前,我国大学生作为青少年中一个庞大和重要的群体,正是培养和形成三观的又一个关键时期,法制教育将会在大学生法律意识培养、正确看待和理解国家政策方针和处理自身矛盾中发挥巨大作用。但高校学生法制教育普遍存在发展的困境。法制教育流于形式、内容单一、脱离实践等问题,让法制教育在大学生日常教学管理活动中经常被忽略和冷落。

Currently, our students as young people a large and im-portant groups, is the concept of culture and the formation of three and a critical period, legal education will be in the legal awareness training students, correctly view and understanding of the national policy guidelines and process its own contra-dictions play a significant role. But college students'legal education prevailing development dilemma. Legal Education mere formality, content of a single, without practice and other issues, so that legal education is often overlooked and neglected in the daily teaching college students management activities.
