青年支教组织作为当下的活跃群体受到了社会各界的广泛关注。将以"大山的翅膀"这个较为成熟的支教群体以及"中国大学生支教联盟"这个处于发展上升阶段的非政府组织为例,从青年支教组织的发展现状、存在问题和持续性建议三大方面来对该类组织的运行和发展进行研究。希望能够发挥优势、改进不足,继续让青年支教组织得到社会各界的认同,并为教育的发展贡献出自己的一份力量。
