高校参与社区教育的质量监控体系研究

The Research of Quality Control System about Higher School Involvement in Community Education

社区教育是构建学习型社会的重要环节,但目前我国的社区教育还存在很多困难和不足,高校的介入对于提升社区教育质量以及对高等教育适应社会发展都具有重要意义,本文通过引入PDCA循环理论构建了包括组织保障、监控评估、沟通反馈、持续改进四个系统在内的社区教育质量监控体系,希望对提升高校参与社区教育的质量提供参考依据和评价体系。

Community education is an important point of building learning society. But there exists many difficulties in community education of China. It is significant to promote the development of community education and quality of the universities participation in community education. The article introducing circulation theory to establish quality control system of community education including organizational guarantee, monitoring assessment, communicational feedback, continual improvement. Expecting to provide reference frame and evaluation system for promoting quality of universities participating in community education.
