高校辅导员承担着育人成才的重任,对高校乃至整个社会的发展影响深远。本文结合笔者自身的辅导员工作经历,以职业规划教育为切入点,引导学生有计划地完成学业,真正实现有的放矢的学习模式,采用以实证调查为基础,通过实验法观察在职业规划教育下进行实验组和对照组对比调查,探究新形势下高校大学生职业规划教育和学风建设之间的良性互动关系。

College counselors assume the important task of educating people taught impact on the development of university and society and far-reaching. In this paper, the author's own work experience counselor, career-planning education as a starting point, there are plans to guide students to complete their studies, truly targeted learning model, using evidence-based survey, it was observed by experiments carried out in the Career Education experimental group and control group comparative survey, explore positive interaction between education and career planning between college students' atmosphere under the new situation.
