摘要
高校干部人事档案工作是党和国家干部工作的一个重要组成部分,能够进一步提升高校档案管理人员的管理水平,这是一个新的问题,本文通过分析了高校人事工作人员在档案管理上所面对的困难,制定了相应的措施。
College Staff Personnel Filing work the party and state cadres working on a major structure, to further im-prove the management level of university records management staff, this is a new problem, this paper analyzes the per-sonnel staff of colleges and universities are facing on the archival management through the difficulties to develop ap-propriate measures.
