摘要
据统计,我国自2010年以来平均每年增加幼儿园1~2万所,新增幼儿教师20万人左右,新入职教师能否完成新入职阶段的适应是本研究关注的重点。研究发现,新入职幼儿教师在入职初期在职业认同、自我定位与规划、自我发展等方面存在一定问题,并以此为基础对新入职幼儿教师职业适应提出建议,以帮助新入职教师顺利完成职业适应。
