摘要
大规模的网络开放课程(MOOC)充分融合了课堂教学与网络教学的优势,其开放性、交互性、混合性等创新理念对企业培训的发展具有积极的借鉴作用。本文主要分析了MOOC的典型特征、企业培训的内涵以及对MOOC与传统企业在线培训进行了比较,探讨企业MOOC的前景。
Large-scale network open course (MOOC) fully combines the advantages of classroom teaching and online tea-ching, its openness, interaction, mixing and other innovative ideas for the development of enterprise training has a positive reference. This paper analyzes the typical characteristics MOOC, the connotation of corporate training as well as with tradi-tional enterprise MOOC online training compared to explore business prospects MOOC.
