摘要
目的:筛选出一种理想的小鼠高脂血症动物模型造模方法。方法:参考相关文献选取三种小鼠高脂血症动物模型配方并略作调整,制成乳剂给小鼠灌胃,分别在2w、4w、6w时取尾静脉血,测定血清中TG、TC、LDL和HDL含量。结果:三种高脂配方均可不同程度地导致小鼠血清中脂代谢紊乱,形成高血脂动物模型。结论:在20%三磷酸甘油酯和10%胆固醇的基础上加入3%胆酸钠,灌胃4w就可形成理想的小鼠高脂血症动物模型。
Objective:To choose an ideally modeling method of rats hyperlipidemia model. Methods:By referring to relevant documents, choose three experimental rats hyperlipidemia models, make into emulsions to perfuse rats'' stomachs, and sample tail vein blood after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks separately, to measure TG, TC, LDL and HDL contents in blood serum. Results:The three models result in rat lipid metabolic disorder in different degrees, to form hyperlipidemia models. Con-clusions:By adding 3%sodium cholate liquor into 20%triglycerol phosphate and 10%cholesterol, perfuse rats'' stomachs for 4 weeks to form an ideal rats hyperlipidemia model.
