摘要
本文结合本体校美术教育工作的实际特点展开分析,指出现阶段教师心理健康方面存在的问题,然后探讨提高教师心理健康素质水平的几点有效对策,值得各方人员引起关注与重视。
In this paper, the characteristics of the actual commencement of the sports school art education, pointing out the presence of teachers ''mental health problems at this stage, then discuss several effective measures to improve the quality of teachers'' mental health level, it is the parties who cause concern and attention.
