当前工科大学生入学教育现状分析

入学教育是大学教育的起点,关系着新生能否适应新的学习和生活、能否形成科学的思维方式和良好的行为习惯等。近年来,工科院系逐渐开始重视入学教育,但存在重成才轻德育、重显性轻隐性、重知识轻技能等问题,这对于工科大学生成长、成才与全面发展都是极其不利的。因此,如何按照工科大学新生的群体特征,加强工科大学生入学教育的实效性,是提高工科大学生入学教育工作的规范化、科学化水平的当务之急。
