青年教师在卓越工程师计划中的工程实践能力探索

摘要 针对青年教师在卓越工程师计划实施过程中普遍表现出来的工程能力欠缺的现状,本论文详细分析了青年教师工程实践能力欠缺的表现及其原因,在此基础上有针对性地探讨了培养和提高青年教师工程实践能力的若干途径与措施,对于进一步加强青年教师工程实践能力的培养具有较好的指导借鉴意义。 Aiming at the problems that young teachers are generally lacking of engineering capability in the outstanding en-gineers plans, the performances and reasons of resulting the current status of lacking of engineering capability were both anal-yzed in detail. The means of training and improving the engineering capability of young teachers in the outstanding engineers plans were discussed based on the analysis of reasons. All this work has a good guiding significance for young teachers to further strengthen the engineering practice ability.
