摘要
民办本科院校在科学研究方面存在成果转化少、层次低且大量重复等问题,主要原因是缺乏与学校规模和层次相适应的青年教师科研导师制的研究团队,没有形成完备的科研体系。
The Scientific research of non-governmental? universities existing less achievements transformation, low-level, a large number of repetition, and so on.The main reason is the lack of mentoring young teachers' scientific research team which appropriate to the scale and level of the school,not form a complete scientific system.
