台湾民宿业历经30年发展已然成为台湾影响世界的国际旅游品牌,而以大陆"农家乐"为代表的民宿业经营紊乱,产品单一,无法满足目标顾客期望,已经到了亟需转型阶段。本文以剖析台湾民宿业发展作为基准,分析优势和劣势,期望对中国民宿业的发展贡献绵薄之力。

Taiwan Bed and Breakfast industry after 30 years of development has become Taiwan's influence of international tourism brand in the world, and to the mainland,"farmhouse"to represent the Bed and Breakfast business operators disorders, a single product can not meet the target customer expectations, we have come to a much-needed restructuring. This paper analyzes and Breakfast industry development of Taiwan as a benchmark to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, it is desirable contribution to the development of China's modest bed and breakfast business.
