深化大学生就业指导课程改革的思考

高校就业指导课程是帮助大学生成功就业的重要渠道,对提升学生就业工作的就业率和就业质量具有举足轻重的功用。现代"95后"大学生存在就业预备不充分、受挫心理承受力低等困境,当前各高校就业指导课程体系建设中本身存在教学内容不符时宜、师资队伍流动性大等缺陷。应当将大学生就业指导课程和职业规划课程有机融入到人才培养方案中,改革就业指导课程的教学内容,对大学生就业指导课程进行有效配置,创新课程建设途径,探析"微课"模式,逐步推进大学生就业指导课程改革的有效实践。
