医务社工在医患纠纷中的作用调查

Investigation of the Role of Medical Social Workers in Medical Dispute

目的:通过了解患者及临床工作者对医务社工的认同及需求调查,探索社工在改善医患关系中的重要作用。方法:自行设计调查问卷,于2014年对某三甲专科医院住院的100名患者和临床工作者进行随机抽样调查。结果:患者和临床工作者对医务社工的认同程度较高,对社工在改善医患关系中的需求较强。结论:医务社工作为第三方介入临床医疗工作,有效缓和现实中已构成紧张的医患关系,无论对临床工作者或是对患者都很重要。

Objective:By understanding patients and clinicians for MSWs recognition and needs survey to explore the im-portant role of social workers in improving the doctor-patient relationship. Method:self-designed questionnaire, in 2014 for a top three hospital hospitalized 100 patients and clinicians conduct random sampling. Results:Patients and clinicians high level of acceptance of medical social workers, strong demand for social workers to improve doctor-patient relationship. Con-clusion:The medical social workers to intervene as a third party clinical work, effectively easing tensions in reality constitu-ted a doctor-patient relationship, regardless of the clinician or the patient is very important.
