蔡元培五育并举对当今高校人才培养的启发

Inspiration of Cai Yuanpei's "Five Education Development" on Today's College Personnel Training

蔡元培先生是我国近代教育的先驱者,是一位具有很大影响力的教育学家、思想家。其主要的教育理念、教学思想有"完全人格""五育并举""人人平等""教育独立""思想自由、兼容并包"等等,虽然以上思想理念是在特定的历史时期提出来的,但这些思想、理念有效结合了中国传统文化的中庸之道,吸收了近代西方文化的教学思想,并在实践的检验中取得了显著的成功。本文主要分析了五育并举对高校教育的指导意义。

Cai Yuanpei is a pioneer of modern education, is an educator and thinker of great influence. The main philosophy of education, teaching ideas are 'complete personality' 'five domains simultaneously,' 'equality,' 'Independence of Education', 'freedom of thought, inclusive' and so on, although the above ideas are presented in a particular historical period to come, but these ideas, concepts and effective combination of Chinese traditional culture moderation, absorb the teaching ideas of modern Western culture, and achieved remarkable success in the practice of inspection. This paper analyzes five domains simultaneously guiding significance for higher education.
