高职院校软件技术专业职业能力培养方式探析

随着我国职业教育规模的扩大和教学水平的不断提高,软件专业人才培养及职业能力的形成已经成为我国职业教育的研究热点。探讨高职院校软件技术专业职业能力的培养方式旨在通过剖析软件行业职业能力内涵及结构,在教育教学过程中有针对性地通过有效的培养方式增强学生在今后的职业生涯中所需的职业能力,尽快填平"学业"与"职业"之间的这条鸿沟,使学生能够尽早适应职业人的角色,促进软件技术专业人才的质量提升。

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the scale and level of the vocational education greatly expand,and the training of software talents and software technology vocational ability has become the focus of education in our country. The exploration on the training mode of software technology specialty vocational ability in higher vocational education aims to analysis of vocational ability connotation and structure of software industry, improve the students' vocational ability through effectively teaching mode, and fill the gap between 'academic' and 'vocational' as soon as possible, enable students to adapt the role of vocational person, promote the quality of talent of software technology specialty.
