为了满足社会不断发展的需求,医学院校需要加强共青团建设,同时医学院校的基层团组织建设对于高校的共青团建设具有重要作用。因此,团组织要加强基层团组织的建设,从而推动基层团组织的发展。
In order to meet the evolving needs of society, medical institutions need to strengthen the construction of the Communist Youth League, while organizing the construction of grassroots medical institutions for the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities have an important role. Therefore, group organizations should strengthen grassroots organizations,thus promoting the development of grassroots organizations.
