高校毕业生就业的博弈困境——暨高校实习实训模式探索

College Graduates' Game Plight of Employment——On Universities Internship Training Mode

我国高校毕业生进入自主择业的时代已经有很长一段时间,但由于外部环境和高校对学生实践能力培养的重视不够以及培养模式停滞不前,导致高校毕业生就业的尴尬困境。一方面企业需要实践能力强且有经验的毕业生,另一方面国家和学校又缺乏好的政策支持学生的实习实训。本文通过梳理国内外的高校实习实训模式,分别从企业和学生的角度提出了破除该困境的政策建议。

Employment of college graduates entering the era of autonomy has been a long time, but due to the external environment and the importance of College Students' Ability is not enough practice and training mode stagnant, leading to employment of college graduates embarrassing predicament. On the one hand companies need practical ability and experienced graduates, on the other hand the State and the school and the lack of good policy practice and training to support the students. By combing universities abroad internship training mode, respectively, from the perspective of business and student policy proposals to break the dilemma.
