摘要
本文针对如何提高军队院校教员的任职能力提出几点建议。提高军队院校教员的任职能力,首先应当从选拔和培养的源头入手进行改进,尽可能使军队院校教员的经历、知识结构和受教育背景多样化。在教员的培养过程中,应注重对外交流,学习外军及其院校的经验。同时,教员的培养中院校应密切联系作战部队,加强与部队的沟通,让教员取得最新的知识和能力。不同军队院校之间应当加强沟通与合作,让好的经验和做法得到推广,而不局限于单一院校。
This paper propose several suggestions for improving the working abilities of the instructors of military acad-emies. First, the selection and cultivation of the instructors should be improved to increase the diversity of their exper-ience, knowledge and educational backgrounds. In the cultivation process of the instructors, communication with foreign armies and military academies should be emphasized for more experience. Military academies should establish close relationship with combat troops to make the instructors obtain the latest abilities and knowledge. Communication and co-operation between different academies should also be conducted to avoid confining good experience and effect approa-ches to a single academy.
