摘要
不断完善教师激励机制,充分调动教师工作积极性,是高校管理者和高等教育研究学者十分关心的一个课题。我国高等教育的改革目前已经进入关键时期,在全面深化改革的形势下如何科学制订和实施教师激励机制,实现学校快速、健康、可持续发展,是当前高等学校人事管理的重要内容。文章以安徽理工大学教师激励机制的实践为例,对普通高等学校教师激励机制的改革和完善开展探索。

Taking the practice of Anhui University of teacher incentives, for example, teachers' colleges and universities to reform and improve incentives to carry out exploration.
