摘要
医学生参与医院志愿服务能够促进医学生综合素质提高,有利于缓解医患纠纷,优化医疗服务,促进社会和谐。本文在服务学习理论的指导下,从志愿者的招募、培训、考核、管理、保障、激励等方面对医学生参与医院志愿的长效机制进行探究。
Medical students participating hospitals to promote volunteer service to improve the overall quality of medical stu-dents, will help ease patient disputes, optimize medical services, promote social harmony. Under the guidance of service learning theory, in terms of recruitment of volunteers, training, assessment, management, security, incentives for medical stu-dents to participate in long-term mechanism to explore hospital volunteer.
