摘要
三维图形的相贯线是画法几何中的一大难点,是机械制图学习过程中的一道门槛。为此研发了一种常见回转面相贯线正投影画线仪。介绍了其工作原理及结构。在圆柱、圆锥、球体等常见回转面上,此仪器可以手动生成与其轴线正交、斜交、偏置、平行等相贯的相贯线正投影,且回转体的形状、尺寸均可调整。在动手过程中加强了对相贯线的了解,有效地辅助了课堂教学。
The intersection line of 3D figure is one of the difficult parts in descriptive geometry, and also a barrier in the learning process of mechanical drawing. For this reason, the plotting instrument for the orthographic projection of the intersec-ting lines on common rotative surfaces was developed. The work principle and construction of the instrument were introduced. By the instrument the orthographic projection of the intersecting lines on common revolution surface, such as cylinder, cone and sphere etc., were manually generated under its intersecting position of orthometric, heterotropic, parallel and so on. More-over, the shape and size of rotative solid were adjustable. The intersecting lines were understood well under the using process. The classroom teaching was effectively supported.
