国内外博士招生制度比较下的申请审核制招生思考

On Application Review System Enrollment under Comparison between Domestic and Foreign Doctoral Enrollment

随着经济社会高速发展及世界高等教育格局的变化,我国的博士研究招生制度改革迫在眉睫。本文通过对主要欧美国家的博士招生制度与国内制度进行梳理对比分析,结合国内试行的申请审核制博士招生开展情况,为今后的博士研究生选拔与培养机制改革提供经验借鉴。

With the rapid development of economic and social change in the pattern of higher education and the world, China's PhD enrollment system reform is urgently needed. In this paper, Dr. Enrollment System and the Domestic Institu-tional major European countries to sort out comparative analysis, combined with the trial of Dr. enrollment application to carry out the audit system, and provide experience reference for the selection of the future reform of doctoral students and by training mechanism.
