摘要
本文论述了高职院校实践教学质量监控与评价体系研究的意义,以及高职类食品加工技术专业实践教学质量监控与评价体系的构建。旨在通过对高职类食品加工技术专业实践教学质量有效的监控和评价,达到规范实践教学活动,提高实践教学质量。
In this thesis, the meaning of the studying that the practical teaching quality monitoring and evaluation in the major of food processing technique at higher vocational college was discussed, and the practical teaching quality moni-toring and evaluation system was constructed.By the efficient monitoring and evaluation of practical teaching quality of higher vocational education,the target of this research was to standardize practical teaching activity and improve quality of practical teaching.
