With the rapid development of information technology means such as the Internet, open literature informa-tion retrieval course in higher vocational colleges also ushered in the unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How to make use of modern, diverse means of information technology, high efficiency, easy to carry out the informa-tion literacy education of college students, to become educators in university library and the related teachers need to explore and solve the problem.
