文章运用了文献资料法、观察法等多种研究方法研究新任中学体育教师执教能力的特点,分析了新任中学体育教师现有执教能力的缺陷及原因,提出了有针对性的对策,为新任中学体育教师执教、培养及再教育提供参考。

The article uses a variety of research methods to study the new characteristics of middle school physical education teachers teaching ability, analyzed the existing new middle school physical education teachers teaching ability of the defects and reasons, put forward the targeted countermeasures, coaching, training and retraining for new secondary school physical education teachers to provide the reference.
