互联网不仅推动经济方式的变化,而且改变了人们的生活方式,更是一种思维方式的变革。当前高职院校就业指导工作取得了一定成绩,但还缺乏互联网思维。高职院校就业指导工作应从六个方面提升工作效率,从科学目标的引领、营造和谐的就业文化、完善就业工作机构、配置专业的师资队伍、完善就业指导课程体系、到搭建大学生自助式的就业平台,构建信息化、全程化、立体化就业指导体系。
