独立学院转设为民办本科院校后的可持续发展研究

从2008年开始,独立学院开始"转设"历程。目前,完成转设的独立学院仅49所,整体情况并不乐观。对已转设成为民办本科院校的高校如何继续发展,成为这些高校面临的重要课题。因此,在面对机遇与挑战之际,转设后的独立学院应从差异化办学、师资建设、办学经费多元化筹集、创新型管理团队建设等方面着手,谋求学校的可持续发展。

Starting in 2008, the independent college began to"transfer"course. At present, the completion of the Independent college only 49, the general situation is not optimistic. On the other hand, it has become an important issue for the university to continue to develop and become a private undergraduate colleges and universities. Therefore, in the face of opportunities and challenges of the occasion, the independent colleges should be transferred from the schools, teachers, raising operational funds, innovative management team building, to seek the sustainable development of the school.
