高职院校教研室与教学团队建设探究

教研室是高职院校教学组织管理的基层单位,教学团队是提高教师教学能力、开展教学研究、培养师资队伍的重要集体,他们在高职人才培养过程中都发挥了重要的作用。本文就教学团队与教研室之间的关系、教学团队与教研室建设的策略做了初步研究,以期为高校教学团队和教研室建设提供一定的借鉴。
