摘要
随着人力资源开发与管理这门学科的兴起,人力资源这门学科中的激励理论的研究,越来越显示出它的重要性。而中等职业学校的社会地位不高,入校学生整体素质偏低,极大影响了班主任的积极性,如何运用激励方法充分调动班主任的积极性,使班主任做好本职工作是目前研究的课题之一。
With the Study of Human Resource Development and Management discipline rise, human resources discipline of incentive theory, has increasingly shown its importance. Secondary vocational schools and social status is not high, the low overall quality of students, which greatly affected the enthusiasm of the teacher, how to use incentives to fully mobilize the en-thusiasm of the teacher, so the teacher to do their jobs is one of the topics of current research.
