行业英语教学在高职院校中的有效发展

On the Effective Development of Professional English Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着教学改革的深入,行业英语在高职院校的发展取得了一些探索性的成果,但也存在很多问题。为了探索行业英语在高职院校的有效发展,文章论述了行业英语的定位和目前高职英语教学普遍存在的问题,并进一步从教学内容、教学方法、教师培训和教学评估体系等方面提出了其发展的可行途径,强调了推动英语教师素质和能力的培养。

With the development of teaching reformation, some exploratory achievements have been made in the development of professional English in higher vocational colleges. However, there are still many problems. This paper discusses the position of professional English and the common problems in higher vocational English teaching at present. It then proposes the feasible measures for the effective development of professional English in teaching contents, teaching methods, teacher training and teaching evaluation system, with the emphasis on promoting the training of teacher qualification and ability.
