浅析基层军官的领导力问题

当前改革的号角已经吹响,基层部队是军队各项政策措施落实的末端和关键,基层军官作为最直接的带兵干部,其领导力在一定程度上影响着基层的建设和发展。基层军官在领导力方面还存在的一些矛盾问题,文章对此进行了原因分析,提出了针对性的对策措施。

The reform has sounded the clarion call, the grass-roots units is forces the implementation of policies and measures and the end of key, junior officers as the most direct troops cadres, its leadership in a certain extent affects roots in the construction and development. There are some contradictions in the leadership of the grassroots officers, and this paper analyzed the reasons, and the countermeasures are put forward.
